Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Performs resident/patient care activities under supervision of a Nurse Supervisor, ensuring safety, comfort, and positive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with personal needs, maintaining resident well-being, and following center policies/procedures. Requires completion of an approved CNA training and competency evaluation program and the ability to relate positively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff. Must read/write/speak English and meet health requirements. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
