Job Summary
Under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities and related services necessary for caring for personal needs, safety, and comfort. Assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following all Center policies and procedures. Maintain Wisconsin CNA certification or complete the application to become certified in Wisconsin. This part-time, third-shift role offers wages up to $23.50/hr with flexible scheduling and shift differentials for PM/NOC. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available based on facility needs. Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin CNA Certification
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
- Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
