Job Summary
CNA providing resident/patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assisting with personal needs, safety, and comfort; contributing to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following center policies. Requires approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation, ability to interact positively with residents, families, and staff, and English language proficiency. Located in Lancaster, WI with part-time, and 1st/2nd shift options (and 2nd shift part-time). Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life/disability insurance. Two-tier shifts and wage information: wages up to $30/hr based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
- Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
