Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed for a Full-Time NOC shift at San Francisco Post-Acute (Mission St.). Responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the nursing team, responding to call lights, assisting residents with daily care, assisting with admissions/transfers/discharges, supporting meal service and tray distribution, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members. Qualifications require a valid CNA certification/license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $24.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE) with benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, 401(k), and opportunities for professional development.
