Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report findings to nursing staff in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being while supporting the care team in delivering resident-centered services. Work in a 179-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility offering full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a starting pay of $19-$21.50.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
