Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to work with the Nurse on updating their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This role requires a current state certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA-Medication Aide Certified (a plus) and a high school diploma or equivalent.
