Job Summary
Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse. Manage personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths and shaving, while setting up meal trays and documenting intake. Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements, then make beds and keep spaces clean. Transport residents within the facility and turn bedridden individuals to prevent bedsores. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data. This role requires current CNA state certification and completion of a CNA program. Base rates range from $20 to $22 with a $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay.
