Job Summary
Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse. Provide personal hygiene care including bed baths and shaving, prepare meal trays, and document food/fluid intake. Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements while making beds and maintaining clean spaces. Transport residents within the facility and turn bedridden individuals to prevent bedsores. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data. Complete a CNA program and hold current state certification to work as a team member in this long-term care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
