Certified Nursing Assistant CNA On-Call

Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and medication administration while helping them maintain independence. Administer treatments per individualized care plans and monitor vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse. Document services on the computerized charting system and observe residents for shifts in physical or emotional condition. Complete light housekeeping duties and perform additional tasks as needed. Work rotating on-call shifts including days, evenings, and nights. Requires current Minnesota CNA certificate and strong communication skills.
