Job Summary
Provide direct hands-on nursing care to residents under the supervision of professional nursing staff. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), monitor and respond to call lights, transport residents, and support admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Maintain safety, privacy, and infection control; document and report significant findings to the nurse; support hydration and nutrition, and perform basic nursing tasks (vital signs, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, weights). Collaborate with the nursing team to promote the highest level of functioning and quality of life for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant license active and in good standing in the state employed
