Job Summary
Perform direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents. Essential duties include providing personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care), changing bed linens, ambulating/transferring residents, recording vital signs and intake/output, turning/positioning, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse, contributing to the plan of care and MDS, ensuring adequate hydration, assisting with meals and transport to dining, maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting infection prevention practices, and assisting in orientation/training of staff. Requires active Nursing Assistant certification; CPR certification is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state OR
