Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with established procedures and licensed staff nurse direction. Participate in planning and following current resident care plans, while completing assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and report them immediately, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities. Meet personal grooming needs for each resident, promptly answer call lights, and maintain clean, orderly care areas. Ensure all residents are appropriately identified using standard methods such as ID bracelets. This role offers full-time and part-time openings on all shifts with weekly pay, including shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one
- Must be up to date with COVID and flu vaccinations, or acknowledge a declination of the vaccination(s)
