Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) roles with both full-time and part-time shifts in a 90-bed long-term care community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), providing companionship and emotional support, communicating with residents, families, and the healthcare team, monitoring residents’ health (vital checks), facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. Requires active Iowa CNA certification (or ability to activate) and a compassionate, professional, team-oriented approach. Required Qualifications
