Provide daily living assistance to residents in a Stratford, IA skilled nursing community, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating; deliver emotional support and companionship; monitor health with routine vital checks; support infection control and engage residents in recreational/therapeutic activities; communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team; must hold an active Iowa CNA certification or be able to activate certification; strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
