Job Summary
Provide daily living assistance and health monitoring for residents of a 90-bed long-term care community. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating; delivering emotional support and companionship; communicating with residents, families, and healthcare team; conducting routine vital checks; encouraging participation in recreational and therapeutic activities; and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. CNAs support resident care through compassionate, professional interactions and teamwork within a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for training and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification.
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
