Job Summary
Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating for residents. Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive environment. Conduct routine vital checks and encourage recreational and therapeutic activities. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Work full-time 3rd shift with every other weekend at Eldora Specialty Care. Earn a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
