Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding patients while taking and recording vital signs and weights. Observe patient conditions, intake, and behavior to report changes to supervisors, then assist with mobility using canes, walkers, or other devices. Maintain clean and safe environments by making beds and lifting patients using appropriate techniques. Treat residents, family, and visitors with respect while engaging tactfully and complying with all safety regulations. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends, with competitive pay and shift differentials. Join a team providing supportive living services in Crivitz since 1965.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification in Wisconsin
- Must be in good physical health
- Must be able to lift and move patients
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Must possess physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Must be compassionate
- Must be personable
- Must be able to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred
