Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Monitor and record vital signs, assist with hygiene and mobility, and provide therapeutic support for patients in acute psychiatric distress under the supervision of an LPN or RN. Support admissions, discharges, and patient transport while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a safe, orderly environment. Collaborate with the care team to enhance patient outcomes and manage patient interactions in a calm, professional manner. This role requires a current, active CNA license and at least two years of experience in a direct care setting, with a preference for prior behavioral health experience.
