Job Summary
As a CNA at Nazareth Home, provide compassionate one-on-one care to residents in a long-term care setting, performing duties aligned with SRNA-certified responsibilities, including shift-based care on 8- or 12-hour schedules, PRN coverage, and participating in a team focused on person-centered health and wellness for aging adults. The role emphasizes helping residents with daily activities, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting care plans under the supervision of nursing staff; positions offered for both Highlands Campus and Clifton Campus with full-time or part-time opportunities and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required at time of hire
- Certification by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a Certified Nurse Aide
- One to three months related experience and/or training
