Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties include assisting Residents with daily living activities (delivering meals, turning and ambulating, personal hygiene), documenting intake, making beds and keeping living areas clean, transporting residents within the facility, observing health issues and reporting to supervising nurse, and assisting other staff as needed. Qualifications include a valid CNA certification with OBRA registry, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of patient care policies and regulations, physical stamina, and current first aid/CPR certifications. The role is based in Centralia, WA with Full-Time hours and a competitive pay range of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.
