Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary
Provide personalized care supporting residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being in line with individualized care plans. Perform activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility) with dignity, privacy, and safety. Monitor and report changes in condition, skin integrity, or signs of abuse; use proper body mechanics and PPE; document accurately. Respond to call lights and resident needs to ensure comfort and timely care. Perform and document vital signs, weights, and specimen collection; participate in care planning with timely updates. Uphold resident rights and safety through infection control and clean, hazard-free environments. Must be able to work outside of normal hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a State-Approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets the state certification requirements
- Possess current Nursing Assistant Certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a Long Term Care Facility is preferred
