Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Provide direct patient/resident care under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse, implementing the plan of care and reporting condition changes. Perform initial and ongoing data collection, communicate effectively with residents, families, and health team members, and document care outcomes. Flexible scheduling allows Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Prioritize tasks, ensure nutritional care, and complete duties as assigned while maintaining compliance with policies and scope of practice. Preferred qualifications include CPR certification and experience in hospital or long-term care settings.
