Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under nursing supervision, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report findings to staff promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while supporting the care team in delivering resident-centered services. Requires current, active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available with daily pay ranging from $17 to $26 hourly at this 84-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
