Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating while delivering emotional support and companionship to residents. Conduct routine vital checks, interact with families and the healthcare team, and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Requires six months of verifiable CNA experience, active certification, and the ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within a reasonable driving distance.
