Job Summary
Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating while delivering emotional support and companionship to residents. Conduct routine vital checks and encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines. Interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team while adhering to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region to assist with open shifts, maintaining a minimum of 16 hours per month. You must have six months of verifiable CNA experience and active certification, with the ability to drive to facilities within a reasonable distance.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA
- Active CNA certification
- The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
