Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for AffiniCare with Care Initiatives—mobile and flexible scheduling across multiple Care Initiatives nursing communities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), providing emotional support and companionship, communicating with residents and healthcare teams, performing routine vital checks, facilitating therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols. Requires active CNA certification, six months of CNA experience, and ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within the region; must reside within a reasonable driving distance. Offers flexible scheduling (minimum 16 hours per month noted), hourly pay, and benefits options including 403(b) retirement savings, doctors on demand, and EAP; positions available in Corning, IA. Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
