Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with AffiniCare in Stratford, IA area seeking flexible scheduling and travel across Care Initiatives’ communities. Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), health monitoring including vital checks, infection-control practices, and companionship while coordinating with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Pick shifts from available openings across multiple locations; supports flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month. Requires active CNA certification, at least 6 months of CNA experience, and ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within the region.
