Job Summary
Mobile & Flexible Certified Nursing Assistant providing direct patient care across Care Initiatives communities; travel between facilities within the region to assist with open shifts; responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), providing companionship, performing routine vital checks, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare teams, and supporting infection control and therapeutic activities; opportunities to select preferred facilities and shifts, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month, and access to benefits such as a 403(b) plan and healthcare resources.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA
- Active CNA certification
- The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
