Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with AffiniCare operates across Care Initiatives’ communities, traveling between locations to cover open shifts with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), providing companionship and emotional support, communicating with residents, families, and the healthcare team, conducting routine vital checks, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols. Must have at least 6 months of verifiable CNA experience and an active CNA certification, and be able to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within the region; willing to drive between communities.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA
- Active CNA certification
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
