Job Summary
AffiniCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to travel between Care Initiatives communities within a region, providing flexible scheduling and picking shifts that fit personal life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), delivering emotional support and companionship, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare teams, performing routine vital checks, and encouraging therapeutic activities. Maintain infection control for a safe environment. Must be able to travel between communities within the region and live within a reasonable driving distance. Active CNA certification and six months of verifiable CNA experience required. Benefits include competitive pay, 403(b) retirement; EAP and more; minimum 16 hours per month; digital pay access.
