Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with AffiniCare – travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region to cover open shifts. Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time and part-time hours. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), delivering companionship and emotional support, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare teams, conducting routine vital checks, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols. Requires active CNA certification, at least 6 months of CNA experience, and ability to travel between communities within the region; must reside within a reasonable driving distance. The role offers hourly pay and benefits such as a 403(b) plan and other perks, with the flexibility to choose facilities and shifts that best fit your schedule.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
