Job Summary
Provide compassionate resident care as directed by licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Answer resident call lights promptly and perform routine checks to ensure personal care needs are met. Maintain intake and output records, monitor vital signs, and prepare residents for medical tests and activities. Transport residents to appointments and social programs while adhering to established policies for blood/body fluid exposure. Participate in nursing reports and maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
Required Qualifications
