Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary
Provide care and assistance to residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs), feeding, personal hygiene, and companionship. Role is a non-exempt CNA position with shifts available at Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA. Must hold an active CNA license in Pennsylvania and CPR certification. Prior healthcare or senior living experience is highly desirable. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, referral bonus, and other employee programs. Shift includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. Required Qualifications
- Active, good-standing CNA license in PA
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living (desirable)
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
- Self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
