Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents in memory care settings. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while monitoring for changes in their day and personal care needs. Collaborate with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans based on observed shifts in resident status. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Maintain a positive attitude and love working with people to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
