Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents in the memory care unit. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while encouraging participation in community programs and activities. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating their personal Resident Care Plan. Maintain a positive attitude and love working with people while delivering compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
