Job Summary
Under supervision, provides basic nursing assistance and assists residents with daily living activities, including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, assistance with feeding, mobility, ROM exercises, turning/positioning in bed, and ambulation, while monitoring vital signs and responding to resident needs with effective communication and teamwork to support patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
