Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting while administering treatments like ice packs and heat packs under registered nurse direction. Perform accurate intake and output tracking, daily weights, vital signs, blood glucose testing, specimen collection, and postmortem care. Promptly answer call lights, report patient condition changes, and maintain infection control practices to ensure a safe environment. Comply with regulatory policies for confidential information and attend mandatory trainings. Requires Wisconsin CNA certification, AHA BLS certification, and intermediate computer proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- AHA BLS certification
- Intermediate proficiency with computers
- Comprehensive nursing assistant skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to provide compassionate care

- Ability to be well organized and self-motivated to complete patient care tasks both individual and as a team
