Job Summary
Provide routine daily care to assigned residents at our 60 bed facility, assisting with personal hygiene and participating in the daily care of residents. Maintain active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Virginia and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals while making independent decisions. Work full-time 11p-7a shifts, including weekends. Heritage Hall specializes in short-term rehabilitation, intermediate, and long-term care, utilizing cutting-edge therapeutic technologies like vital stim and lymph edema therapy within a nurturing environment centered on caring for the whole person.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Virginia
- At least 18-years-old
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Must be able to work weekends
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in long-term care
