Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff, assisting with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report findings to nursing staff in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered services. Full-time and part-time roles available with 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7pm shifts. Requires current CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
