Job Summary
Provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards, including direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care; requires CNA certification with an active state license and CPR certification; must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a CNA program graduate; 4 on 2 off schedule; affiliated with Life Care Centers of America.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
