Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards; perform direct care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being; maintain active CNA license and CPR certification; demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
