Job Summary
CNA role providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in a Plymouth, MA skilled-nursing setting. Responsibilities include direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and assisting with activities of daily living under direction of licensed staff. Works within an interdisciplinary team, adheres to Life Care standards and applicable regulations, communicates effectively with patients, families, and coworkers, and maintains professional relationships. Requires active CNA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA program, CPR certification, and a willingness to contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care. Shift noted as 3-11 p.m. with compensation differential available.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State (active license)
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
