Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) lebanon

Conduct direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision, including vital signs monitoring, bathing, dressing, hygiene, range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning. Assist with mealtime feeding and hydration while carrying out vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team. Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, and maintain accurate records of patient treatment.
