Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, prepare them for activities and social programs, and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. Ensure all care aligns with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting resident well-being. This role requires active CNA certification and is available for day shift candidates at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
