Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide personalized resident care that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being in line with individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety. Monitor and report changes in condition, skin integrity, or signs of abuse to the charge nurse. Use proper body mechanics and equipment when transferring residents. Follow infection control and safety protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and accurate documentation. Respond to call lights promptly and ensure resident comfort and timely care. Perform and document vital signs, weights, and specimen collection as assigned. Participate in care planning by sharing observations and updating notes with clear, timely entries. Honor resident rights, including refusal of treatment, and report accordingly. Engage in safety drills and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
