Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care in a retirement and nursing community under nursing/medical staff direction. Duties include ensuring resident safety and rights, responding to signal lights and intercoms, assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, transportation, and transfers; assisting with examinations and treatments; turning and repositioning bedfast residents; changing linens; taking and recording vital signs; preparing supplies and equipment; and other duties as assigned by supervision. Requires completion of a one-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience and Nurse’s Aid certification in the state of service. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Nurse’s Aid certification in the state of service
