Job Summary
Conduct personal care and daily living activities for residents, including toileting, bathing, and dressing. Assist with treatments per individualized care plans and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, and weight. Document services on the computerized charting system and report changes in resident condition to the supervisor. Support prescribed program activities while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Requires current Minnesota CNA certificate and 6+ months of experience. On-call schedule with evening and night shift differential.
