Job Summary
Provide support with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while offering emotional support and companionship. Monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and report changes or concerns to nursing staff. Follow infection control protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care. Work shifts ranging from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. Maintain state certification and complete minimum 12 hours of continuing education annually. Required Qualifications
- Certified in the state as a CNA/SRNA/GNA
