Job Summary
Provide support with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while offering emotional support and companionship. Monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and report changes or concerns to nursing staff. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment while collaborating with the healthcare team. Work 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM shifts. Maintain certification through state requirements and complete minimum 12 hours of continuing education annually. Required Qualifications
- Certified in the state as a CNA/SRNA/GNA
