Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed for PRN/home health/hospice role serving patients in Santa Fe and surrounding areas. Under RN supervision, the CNA will perform personal care tasks, observe and report patient condition, assist with ADLs, ensure safety, monitor vitals, assist with ambulation, provide respite for family/caregiver, maintain patient spaces, and participate in quality assessment activities. Requires active CNA license in NM, minimum 1 year of CNA experience, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication and hygiene practices. Per diem/PRN scheduling with on-call as assigned in a community home-health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license in the state you are applying and will be working
- One year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification
- Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene
- Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order
Desired Qualifications

- Home health/hospice experience preferred
